Vital Investment Management, an independently owned wealth management firm, located in beautiful Loveland, Colorado, is seeking an experienced candidate for the very important position of Financial Advisor:
Demonstrated experience in front office activities, including answering incoming phone calls and triaging clients to advisor(s) as appropriate; interacting with existing/prospective clients to provide the highest professional level of customer service; completing and submitting account paperwork; entering data into Excel and other firm related software and forms; responding to and processing client administrative requests; ability to fully engage with our Client Service Manager, and engage in compliance related activites; assisting in the creation of firm-related forms and other paperwork as assigned. Hold a CFP® certification, or be working towards obtaining a CFP®. Financial Advisors who have an existing client base are ideal candidates for our firm. Most importantly, Financial Advisors that come to Vital Investment Management should have a cultural fit with our firm and our employees.
As a face of our firm to our clients, we expect qualified Candidates to have a demonstrated work history of delivering the highest level of customer service; trustworthiness, professionalism and timely responsiveness to client needs/requests are of utmost importance; the qualified Candidates will be an expert listener, with the ability to quickly assess a particular question or situation and effectively move to problem-solving and decision mode to resolve customer service issues to the satisfaction of our clients.
In addition to previous experience in as a financial advisor, experience with any of the following companies/software would also be highly desirable and a plus for candidates applying to this position:
